While categorized as beginner by the company, the trail is definitely in between beginner and intermediate and we saw several folks wipe out on the downhill portions of the trail. KNOW WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO! Also, to the tour company, please work with different restaurants. My fiancé and I contracted severe food poisoning from one of the meals consumed that day. But we’ve since recovered :)”

You need to be quite proficient and confident with a bike; this was fine for me as I cycle regularly, but this is definitely not for the leisurely rider, as some of the trails were quite difficult, but I enjoyed the challenge having not really mountain biked…”
