“Juan was a great guide. He went above and beyond to explain some details that would have otherwise been overlooked, such as certain types of trees and vegetation. The hike wasn't too difficult - terrain at the beginning was a bit tricky to navigate at times but overall, it didn't take too much physical effort. Some of the beaches were better than others, there are three very scenic ones which are great for taking pictures. If you are taking this trip for snorkeling - pay close attention to the tide. We were unable to do that aspect because of the tide was too high. Overall would recommend...great value-for-money.”

“My wife and I are accomplished and experienced hikers and it was a wonderful day hike experience ! Our tour operator was able to accommodate us at the last minute. FYI, it is a very bumpy ride to the starting point 🙃Our guide, Fabrizio, made sure everyone was together and safe. At the end of the hike, we had a late lunch at a local roadside restaurant which served a delicious and filling meal. Our total elevation gain from the beginning of the hike to the end was 12089 to, 13885 feet. It doesn't seem like much but, at that elevation,it's very hard on the lungs due to the thin…”

A bit rocky and stepping across stones to get across the river. We had elder aged people and younger and everyone made it through just fine. The water was refreshing, the cliff jumping was fun and the waterfall was lovely. Highly recommend for a nice morning into early afternoon.”

“It was a great experience and opportunity to get out of the city for one day. Enough breaks with the Minibus till the start of the Hiking / Trecking Tour. We reached the 2nd Gate as a whole team and it was a great experience for all of us what the high attitude of around 4.000m does to people who normally live at around 500m elevation level. The Tour Guide Ivan was great. He explained a lot around the region, spoke clear and without Hektik. I would book it again. Greetings from Alemania.”

Luis was an excellent guide, who ensured that we were paced appropriately and gave us choices to continue to a third viewpoint or return back to the village. (The third viewpoint is stunning!). I felt very safe and well looked after the entire day. Luis is very knowledgeable about the local fauna and flora. We started the day with an excellent breakfast and finished with a charming late lunch/early dinner. We were safely transported to and from the park.”

“All information provided for the trip by Viator (pickup location, contact info, ect.) was incorrect. The WhatsApp number I texted asking for the departure location was to a different tour company, who gave me their own pickup location. So when I showed up before 6 am, there was no one there. I attempted to email the operator through Viator but there was no response. I went over to the tour company office later to try to figure something out as a replacement. They offered to replace the trip with a much cheaper bike tour. They also refused to refund me, saying it was on Viator not them. Avoid this tour…”

“Very Professional and Accommodating tour service. At the very last minute, I booked an excursion to a hiking tour at the Botanical Gardens and really enjoyed it. I was confused by the logistics (but that was all on me because I am not familiar with the local surroundings so I ended up missing the meeting time). Luckily, the staff was very nice and arranged for me to catch up with the rest of the tour group. I was very happy with the hike. Found a lot of floral and fauna treasures. Met some cool rescued animals and a very chill dog who was the unofficial boss at the entrance. Another…”
